Everything is always zero in the stats at this time of night on epoch... not sure why that is, just have come to accept it.

I knew this board would come in handy lol, Thanks for the post I just started using epoch a few weeks ago and I notice I had 0 members just out of the blue, and got nervous! So this is something that happens every night around this time? Or is it a glitch? Thanks again guys!

Yah, it's weird... but they come back the next day, and then disappear again around this time.

I am trying to access stats from Asia for over a week now and it is not working. Every time I enter user and pass, it just blanks the fields and nothing happens.

I emailed support about a week ago and received NO reply from them.
This really sucks!!!

no, this is different than the normal nightly downtime ....everything is zero, including member count. it's been that way for hours.

not to mention, reseller stats have been up & down for weeks

Sales are coming in, just not showing up in stats. Should be worked out soon I'm sure, probably just a first of the month stats rollover glitch. As long as I'm getting receipts (which I am) I'm not worried. Paycom always seems to be on top of their shit!!
