How the hell does this RSS thing work? Break it down to "RSS for Dummies," please.

I know what it is and what it's supposed to do, but how do I go about USING it? I have no idea how to set it up, nor how to submit stuff for syndication.

Its basicly a news/infomatin feed from another site you can use on your site, I use one from a news site in a small Iframe. Here is some good info on how to use them http://www.mnot.net/rss/tutorial/

If you have any problems setting it up give me a PM (this board uses PMs right?) I can code in VBasic, HTML, PHP, MySQL, CSS, JAVA and also unrealtournament map editor :D

RSS stand for really simple syndication. Think of it as dynamic headlines.
When a feed loads it pulls the latest headlines from the rss link and displays them as clickable links.

Any link can be included in an RSS feed doesn't have to be headlines

Okay, so www.dominablog.com is being done with b2evolution. It automatically creates xml pages for syndication. How the hell do I get those pages into syndication?
