I'm looking forward to an answer on this because recently I had a hassle getting a chargeback done. The problem was not only that I couldn't see the older-than-one-month transaction I wanted to reverse, but nor could their telephone support. Whoever took my call must have assumed there was something wrong with me or my account (since I was trying to charge back a transaction he was convinced never took place) and it was off into nearly a week of confusion.

Finally it did all get escalated to someone who knew it was only a display problem. They sent out the claim form and then it was a quick, painless procedure. But getting that far was something else...

Yes that is a pain not being able to see past the one month. If you know the name of the company or individual you can run a search for the transactions. That will show the transactions done with that individual or business.

I would prefer it laid out month to month myself though.
