Does CCbill and iBill send out 1099's, or do the individual sponsors send them out?

if I promote 5 sponsors that use CCbill as their processor, will I get 1 1099 from CCbill adding it all up, or 5 ddifferent 1099's?

you will get that from ccbill or ibill...since they are the ones that issue you the checks.

Neither. You need to add up your checks on your own. I've never gotten a 1099 from CCBill.

You aren't an employee, why would they send you a 1099? Get a clue.

get a clue?
if you make more than $600 then by law youre supposed to document it. And they should send you a receipt of it.
theyre reporting it to the govt as an operating expense, I need to make sure the amount I claim is the exact same amount theyre reporting so the numbers are right.

IF you made more than $600 (which 99% of gfy didn't) YOU have to report it, since you are independent contractor it is your job. Those few companies that do send them out are being nice I guess and covering thier own bases.

Exactly.... they are a 3rd party processor... so don't expect any 1099's from CCbill, this I know for sure after 4 years now, that goes for account holders and affiliates

Wow!! You missed your calling as a tax advisor.

Employees get W2s... I guess you never had a job.

anyone whos not incorporated and getting a 1099 really should incorporate now. You'll save huge money on next years taxes if you do.

keep your check stubs from all processors and add them up to see what you really made.

Neither CCBill or iBill do, but there are some differences.

CCBill do processing and pay you a check which appears to be the subject of concern over 1099's.

iBill do processing and don't pay you a check, so there is no need to be concerned over 1099's.

Now your problem is cut in half
