I don't have a full list, but for all intents and purposes there are 3:
Strongbox
ProxyPass
naive IP counters (Includes Pennywize and and it's many clones)

Only StrongboxBox and ProxyPass have advanced beyond the
naive IP counting model of 1998, which crackers defeated in 1990.
