More times than not I have eaten out and they messed up the order. But I can't help but feel sorry for those people (not the teenage ones) but the adults, knowing they are only going to bring home less than $200 a week after taxes for 40 hours of work. It makes me feel guilty. And yeah, they have opportunity to have a better job but hey, everyone has a story and who am I to judge?

when i was younger, i worked at taco bell and sometimes i used to purposly fuck with peoples orders (only in drive thru though).....fuck, the job was boring enough, makin people pissed off & hearin them call to complain was even better. lol

but now, as an adult, that shit just pissed me off goin to fast food places.

That doesn't always work. I got an order from Burger King once for me and my friends. I looked in the bag to count everything I ordered. When I got home and opened the wrapping around one of the Whoppers I noticed it was without a hamburger patty. :mad: :mad: How do you forget the hamburger patty!?!?! Was one of those situations where I couldn't ignore the fuck up and I had to drive back to get a new burger.

It's all about In-N-Out Burger. Not only are they the best tasting but they have NEVER fucked up an order of mine.

thats almost as my trip thru taco bell drive thru 2 days ago. I had my god daughter with me, and like me, she wont eat anything if the sour cream is ON it, I dont like it warm & melted by the time I get it home, I want to dunk it! Plus, the lil monster isn't gonna eat taco's in my car. Sooo. I order a #6 (2 chalupa's with a taco & drink) meal, I'm allergic to tomatoes so I get the supreme (which is in the price advertised) without tomatoes and with the sour cream in cups on the side. I order her a soft taco supreme, MINUS the meat with the sour cream on the side. So its a fuckign shell with cheese & tomatoes on it). Not that hard. So I get my order, which I know she fucked up. I tell her at the window, you charged me for 2 sides of sour cream, the sour cream COMES ON THE SUPREMES! I'm paying for a supreme, i want the sour cream on the side & i'm not paying extra for it. Plus you didn't ring up the soft taco that i ordered. So I tell her exactly what I want, she rings it up again, and she still over charges me. I tell her, DO NOT PUNCH IN SIDE OF SOUR CREAM, just yell back to whoever is making them, that it goes on the side, NOT ON THEM! So she gives me this blank stare, leaves the window with my bag sitting there and comes back 3 mins later, and say's sorry, and puts 2 more sides of sour cream in the bag & hands it to me. HELLO? Instead of taking off the $.80 for the sour cream, she gives me MORE! I'm annoyed, so I go to pull forward, look in the bag, theres no soft taco's for the kid. So I pull around to the front, go in and ask to speak to a manager. he comes out and is about as helpful. He gives me 2 soft taco's and a bag of cinny twists to make up for it. I get back to the house, open it up... and wouldn't you know it... the stupid ass didnt' listen either, there werent any tomatoes on her taco, and it was full of meat! LOL I picked up the phone and called my bestfriend & told her that since she left the place is going to hell. She's the manager of the store but out on disability at the moment, and the new GM is running the place into the ground, oh well. Moron's!

the amount of stories i hear from my friends in service indusrties about bitchy customers and how they get back at them are endless.

the key is to find a franchise that is family owned and really care about it. I've had the best luck at Wendys. Never gotten an order wrong and very fast.

The worst are BK, taco bell, KFC. If you take the risk of going to one of those places, just accept what they give you and call it a day. Not worth telling off someone making minimum wage about a 5 dollar order.

Just not a fast food places either, fine dining establishments too. While in college I worked as a waitress, I couldn't believe what professionals waiters did to complainers and repeat customers who were poor tippers. At one place I worked at there was a special pepper grinder mixed with roaches and pepper. Another place had a special oil and vinegar...urine in the vinegar. I can't believe how many times I saw food being dropped of the floor and then put back on the grill or how many times food was spit on and extra sauce was put on.

Maybe it is just me but I don't complain or tip lousy at any establishment that I eat my prepared food in or take out, since while I did see and participate in disgusting acts, no customer was ever treated poorly unless they were a complete jackasses. I don?t know about fast food places, but I know in restaurants the staff sticks together.

Personally it is not worth my effort to complain about a fast food mix-ups to get the free coupons. Yes, I get upset but then remind myself that I shouldn?t even be eating that shit so it is my fault. :upsidedow
