I still laugh when I see that Signs gets 3 stars on the movie rating system when you hit info on the cable remote.
Fuck that..the only halfway decent movie he made was Sixth Sense...the rest were just mediocre

I enjoyed The Village...

The movie seemed to be a vehicle for M. Night's commentary on violence in modern society. I don't think it was meant to be a "scary" flick but more of a social commentary.

I have to agree with you about it being a commentary. THe problem as I see it is that it is being marketed as a scarey movie. I would have enjoyed it more had I been expecting a comentary instead of looking for suspense.
