Nice concept and one that is already being considered by a few people.

The idea is "you" don't do this - it ain't some substitute for the pathetic third party billing system as it is now with a load of webmasters on the board who have nada or little qualification to be there.

This is little different from a bank - you are holding people's money and this requires accounting for in every sense.

People who already have impeccable reputations and experience within the banking or financial community need to run such an operation. These people also have access to large funds, - but ain't gonna play games with some tinpot cranky payment system and put investment funds at risk.

I've already spoken with a few and will continue to do so and listen to what they see as obstacles and pick up any ideas that flow. There have been a number of excellent pionts come out so far and something along the lines of.. hell.. call it "private cards" (debit cards) and transaction systems that take the customer payment and split this up with the.. in this instance, webmaster and a cut for the processing operation in real time. This also means an arms length from the card companies (although one of these guys is a major VISA banker, he knows the problem!).

This is a long story - gonna be a lot of talking yet! - and will cost a substantial amount and is probably something not just for the adult industry although that may be a major part.

The sooner that shit or something like it happens the better! :-)

It is not just about investors :-) If a deal is valid - investors ain't the problem! The first move is forming some corp and getting the right people together, a detailed plan and then the money - this ain't some small deal.


PS One of these guys is my lawyer and a good friend - he is a director in.. think six or eight banks at the moment. He is excellent for genuine straight advice.
