Help me choose a graphics card..

Well, I've narrowed down my selection to these two:
-32MB AGP "ATI" Radeon TV Out SDRAM
-32MB AGP "ATI" Radeon VE Dual Display Edition, TV Out Hardware DVD, DDR
They cost almost the same, I just need some advice on which one is better for 2d, which one for 3d gaming? 2d picture display is primary, so I guess it's the sdr one, but I'm not sure..
Also, that VE version, what outputs does it have? monitor and tv out or two monitor outputs?

What are you wanting the card for ? Gaming or work ?? If you're looking for a gaming card, get either a Geforce 3 Ti 200 or Ti 500 card. I just got the Ti 500 card and it smokes !!

Cause I live in Yugoslavia and the only ATI graphics card with 64mb available is that "all-in-wonder", which is three times more expensive, and I've already got a TV tuner.. Slick has a point there, I need the card for work, 2d is more important, so, does anybody have some experience with Matrox g550?
