First.. I would never dream of incorporating in the US under the terms of VISA US.

Second.. I'd get a corp as far as possible outside VISA US terroritory. This can either be a simple corp or "offshore", but, if you specifically want to use CCBill, would need to be EU based.

Third... Sign up with CCBillEU.

Costs? Little different, in fact less, than paying the US card fees (there are none elsewhere) - and ya actually have a corp which costs, in most instances, less than the card fees.

Plus, it also avoids the 47 sperm counts and 63 DNA samples crap :-)

I know this is major problem there :-)

I don't know of any processors within Canada. There was some problem with VISA and Canadian banks where they had a disagreement over something.

The only reason I mentioned the stuff about being "outside" the US is, - a fair number of your countrymen have already set up scenarios, specifically in the EU. They then have a choice of dealing with a few other processors in the EU banking region as well as eg CCBillEU and of course... iBillEU

But if you want like me to incorporate in the US, I recommend:

http://www.ail.com ( note: no referrer link ).

Good Luck

You not want a guided missile destroyer???

OK.. If you just want a normal corp and not an offshore, the simplest, quickest and least expensive is get a UK company formed off the net.

Here's the main UK company formation agent:

http://www.jordans.co.uk

You want a non resident company and Jordan's staff are available to answer any questions you may have before buying. Also ask em about an actual UK address for your company and depending on your situation, nominee directors. They do all that stuff!

They also supply missiles at a good price for destroyers -

PS Probably directfiesta will get his link sorted! :-)

Ah... and.. I know Jordan's offer offshore as well.. but if that is what you want, it's better to go direct to the offshore country and get a corp direct from a formation agent or lawyer.

There are lawyers in all offshores who will act as nominees - that's all normal stuff.

On Jordan's... if this is the first time you have formed a corp in another country - it is far better you speak direct with them and state what is needed before filling in forms.

If you want a CCBill US account, you need a "principle" willing to provide their social security number. Just a corporation & business number aren't enough to set up an account to process Visa anymore.

True... save your money.. You basically need a partner living in Europe or the US...

Maybe you can open a company offshore though.. not sure if you need to live there for a while...

Maybe Webby knows how to handle the "Principal" issue in that case...

Yah we are Canadian and in the same boat... looking to setup a corp in UK or somewhere in EU region but in order to process the presence has to be in the UK, and the presence also has to sign the paper work with the processor and on top of that provide suffician ID proving they are in the UK... does http://www.jordans.co.uk/ handle that?
