It could scan all the programs once per day and report if rebills are set to on or off. Being CCbill does't see fit to send affilates any notice, if the rebill status or pay amount was changed. Something like that would defentally be a nice to have.

1) has a history of running non-nude under 18 year old sites. Everyone knows the only purpose of those sites is to cater to pedos.
2) got caught with his rebills turned off.
3) has a history of not paying designers.
4) has a history of not paying models.
5) has a history of not paying affiliates.

If it was one of the five listed above I could give him the benefit of doubt.. However not when he has a history of them all, think about it man. Once a scammer always a scammer. You know I was getting real close to promoting his sites, as I figured maybe he is straight.. But na, no way am I going to trust my money with someone with his history..

On the CCBill deal, they are never going to come out and say one way or another, there is nothing in it for them.

I am not aware of everything jeff has ever done , all i know is what i am presented with. and right now its just allegations.. and when there are CLEARLY people like ccbill that could either prove or disprove jeff's excuses , they arent doing so.

Show me one person with a contract that wasn't fullfilled and i will tell him/her to go to a lawyer and tell us the results, if i saw 5 people with contracts not fulfilled i would say jeff has some explaining to do.

I havent heard PROOF of anything , thinking back i remember that several people asked ccbill to confirm or deny the rebill fact and they didnt , so i would assume it was a ccbill mistake not a jeff scam or it would have been very simple and EFFECTIVE for ccbill to say , nope he turned off rebills on exactly 2/13/04 from ip address xx.xxx.xxx.xx

Infact i open an invitation to ccbill to either prove or deny this allegation..

I doubt ccbill would be stupid enough to out a client even if it was deliberate.

As far as proof, here is my personal experience with the man: it took nearly 9 months to send the sum of $112.23 to cover the missed rebills. It was originally promised that it would be "handled by tomorrow."

Jeff will probably reply here and say that I gave him an incorrect SWIFT code, but the fact is that it took 8 months of hassling for him to even start the process. Eventually pornkings stepped in and I got my money. A totally ridiculous time frame given that it was little more than a hundred bucks.

Generally I subscribe to that way of thinking, but I also believe that when there is enough smoke there is generally a fire. I'm guessing you must have not been active on gfy when all the designers and models were coming forward with accusations of non payment. Many of them were well respected gfy'ers and in most cases Jeff didn't deny that he owed them. It became obvious from their stories that Jeff had followed a similar pattern of excuses with all of them. Claiming bank errors, lost checks in the mail, messed up routing numbers, nsf checks and tons of other excuses all in an attempt to delay payment for services rendered. I never got the impression that Jeff was maliciously trying to defraud, it just always appeared that he had very poor cash mgt and was always trying to rob peter to pay paul to stay afloat.

Smokey you really don't need specific evidence as you suggest because Jeff admitted to much of this when he made is board comeback a few months after things blew over on the ccbill issue. Even though I'd never do biz with Jeff, I do commend him for sticking around under his original name and attempting to restart his biz without hiding. Now that Jeff no longer has any affiliation with Perfection Cash, it might be best for Jeff to change his board name so that he doesn't have to keep responding when threads like this popup.

But, PornKings.com is also promoting perfectiongirls.....

Does anyone have an unbiased idea on whats going on???

Does perfectioncash still have an operational ccbill account or is it only promotable under PornKings?

I am asking for nonbiased info. I dont want to hear about how much a scammer he is.....Im just asking a simple question....

To be totally honest there are alot of fucking scammers and shavers on gfy, just so many of them havent been caught yet.
