i have been using bank of america for all my banking since i started with adult sites in the middle of 1998, im in ca, bay area. i have never had one call from them questioning me about content, and they have never closed or frozen my account, or any deposits. i have deposited allot of checks with filthy names on them, lol.Comment

I've banked with B of A. Its ok but I found their customer service to be lacking compared to smaller regional banks that really go out of their way to get and keep you as a customer and give you more personal attention.
I'd recommend Wachovia over B of A by far.

I've had Bank of America accounts since 1990. All my business income is funneled through a business account there. Never had them bat an eye. As for their customer service, it greatly appreciates once you have a Premier banking account.Comment

All of my business accounts are with BOA. Only issue we have is some of the fees. We would move but it's not that easy to just up and move banks. We have webmaster checks that won't clear for months down the road.
