The U.S. govt has NOT delegated nor reserved any such domains.
Check the .GIV Whois:
http://www.nic.gov/
Still not convinced, query the .GOV zone:
A.GOV.ZONEEDIT.COM 216.55.155.29
The domains are not in there; all are bogus.
Google is easily manipulated in numerous ways, including the display of domain names in results that don't actually exist.
