I always get amused when webmasters complain and get stung by the very techniques that they use on consumers every day. Perhaps you hadn't noticed, by one of the primary processors for Gigicash is iBill. Oh, the irony.

I guess all the other "brothers" out there who also "nice guys", but unfortunately fall under the category of consumers or surfers, are pretty much shit out of luck.

At least the boiler room cons in the old days called their hits "marks". Now, they are referred to as "surfers". Lot's of sugar coating..but really still the same old game.

Juicy: iBill will give you a subscription number in the email. It is usually a 10 digit number.

Paycom will give you a Member I.D. number. The URL you listed is to Paycom. Look at the email you received and see who it was from. ibill (if it was iBill) has telephone support that might be easier for you.
