Your geoip program is fucked, it's picking up my IP as belonging to APNIC (which is in Milton Queensland, a completely different state). APNIC is the IP registrar for the entire Asia-Pacific area. I guess that means it will return MILTON, NEW SOUTH WALES for anyone in this fairly sizeable region.
