What's on your "to do" list (1/27)

I posted a thread similar to this a few days ago and it had a pretty good response...

So what's on your to-do list for today? Come back later and post whether you accomplished everything on it or not...

Heres mine:

5-10 bbw galleries for my own network (2 done already)
build a stockings gallery and post it (about to start after this post)
add hosted galleries to my database
update new domains with htaccess files
do some backups
email some program owners and sign up with others

this is in addition to keeping an eye on my kids, helping with their homework, and grocery shopping later

Submit one gallery to a bunch of HQ tgp's
Update the memberareas of www.youngporn.net www.ifuckthem.com www.teenhandjobs.net and www.groupsexvirgins.com
Buy new content for YP
Edit some movies, split them into smaller scenes,make thumbs of the movie
Add new FHG's+descriptions to my gallery DB
To the bookkeeper/accountant to manage tax issues over year 2004
Going to Pc store to pickup new printerink
Goto bank, to deliver my checks, as well filling in forms for a new creditcard
Answer all email from webmasters and members
Upgrading our vbulletin from version 2 to 3 in the mashaworld memberarea

2. Get customer Data Cetner tour time lined up.
3. Send out new partner info for IP Centrex services.
4. Follow on existing prospects.
5. Work on new site for mainstream leads.
6. Work on galleries
7. Figure out this coming week's business plan goals.
8. Plot out new office design and my desk
9. Download content for next week's submissions
10. Prepare dinner
11. Follow up on open items from today.

Keep 'em coming

For me, the purpose of these posts is 2-fold. One, I get to see the amount of work that some people do daily. It's motivational. Also, I post a list that is do-able (barring unforseen problems) but if I screw around too much, I wont get it all done. So I put myself out there in the open so I have witnesses to my failure if I screw up....also motivating. The more I refine my work ethics everyday, the more that gets added to my list.

I'm not gonna lie at the end of the day tho and just write that I did it all. I won't be able to better myself or succeed if I'm dishonest....

In order of when I'm doing, not importance:

1) I'm moving Tuesday so a lot of little things (like packing)
2) Sign up for about 25 German cam sites - only a few have English sign-up pages (this should be fun)
3) Spam like mad (legally though... heh)
4) Contribute about 15 useless posts to GFY threads
5) Set up 3 new keyword-targeted mini-sites (FTP was down yesterday)
6) Call gf and tell her she's the best
7) Play hockey at 9:30 tonight
8) Go for drinks with the team and listen to atrocious American Idol wannabes (karaoke night at the bar)
9) Come home, eat and check daily stats, pass out

Somewhere in there I will eat, check mail - if money comes, deposit to bank.
BTW it's damn FREEZING out there!

- repairing my sites from the server change last night
- writing an update for one of the sites
- taking a little nap later
- seeing my girlfriend in 2 hours and hoping to get her laid

Workday is almost over for me (kinda)...Heres what I completed:

hosted galleries in database (tonight)

(couldn't do the following 2 - waiting on my host to update with new IP's)

update new domains with htaccess files
do some backups

I will also be spending the next 2 hours adding hosted galleries to my database....

Probably would have gotten a bit more done but my wife came home sick and had do play nurse on top of everything else. Still, a little dissappointing tho...I always end the day wishing I had gotten more done. Now I'll try and top this tomorrow

Yea, I've been known to be pretty lazy myself but I'm trying to change that. I actually kinda get a rush off working a full day and getting a ton done. Just got tired of telling myself I'll start "insert project here" tomorrow. I like working for the joy of it too. Case in point, I'm in the middle of a few long term projects so a lot of more lucrative things are on the sidelines and I'm not making much right now. But I still have the desire to get up everyday and bust my ass. I actually want to get somewhere in this industry

review galleries for tgp
start seperating over 130k of pictures to nude and nonnude.

Doesn't seem like much, but when you have a 5 year old and a 1 year old running around as well its hard to get all that done!

I have an ongoing 5 page To Do list that gets constantly updated and printed out at least once per week (that is about 250 items on the list) On that list I have daily things I have to do, short term items and long term items. At the end of the week I like to be able to see I got most of the daily stuff done and had enough time to at last tackle a portion of the short term and long term items.

Professional design, development, and "grunt work" for webmasters and sponsors at reasonable prices.
