adj : given official approval to act; "an accredited college"; "commissioned broker"; "licensed pharmacist"; "authorized representative" [syn: accredited, commissioned, licensed]

and dont reply saying its spelled 'licensed', you can find both ways to spell it in all dictionaries

Well since you asked, apparently LICENCED is searched for about 1.4 times per day. Compare that to LICENSED which gets hundreds of searches per day, per Overture.

Regardless if LICENCED is a real word or correctly spelled or not, it has little value at present as a dot net domain. Side note: "Licence" is used as a noun in England, but adding a "d" to the end of it sort of kills that angle.
