we live in a small town
no lawyers that will work for free
they can not afford it that is why they work on a fishing dock

Took Human Resources Management in school. You should be calling the labour board, and they can elp you form there. Law suit, of course, if the COPPERS aren't doing anything, and you have reported it you're golden. As soon as you talk to someone at the labour board, the sheels of action will start rolling.

As for the private investigation, they will do that themselves. You dont have to waste the money. nowadays someones word is just as good as proof.

Some states let you record shit wihtout all parties knowing. She could record it and then take it to a lawyer. If he thought it was a slam dunk he might agree to take payment after.

Or you could take her in for a few months until she's 18 and turn her into content.

Phone recordings. In oregon you dont have to tell who you are talking to that they are being recorded. In Washington you do.

if the girl doesnt mind, make a big deal out of this.. contact your local news station and if its a slow news day and they do a small story, you'll have tons of lawyers trying to get in contact to help milk that fishing company of all its money

Ensure she is LOGGING every single incident, the exact words used and the actions they and she took. This must be done with times (in general).

Document it, take it to the labour board. They will be FUCKED. She will win gloriously.
