Other than the pic, I see no real difference. The pic is eyecatching, but it's a customer support page, so perhaps a pic of random person wearing a headset (phone type) would be a better image.

I was thinking that too, I know I'm picky maybe I should not make a big deal out it. I will change the pack and let it be.
It was just allot of people call and don't even notice the options on the support page. Maybe they never even go there?? That's why I was trying to revise it, so it's easier to use. The top is the old one.. Any ways thanks, |
