WTF Paycom?
Did Paycom already outsource their customer support to India?
I tried to signup to one of those free AVS combined with this free 3 day trial deals. Now I click on signup and get to https://wnu.com. As it strikes me quite odd that a processor uses a cryptic secure domain I get suspicious of someone hijacking my cc info. Well I think just call them and ask. Simple task one would guess but damn was I wrong. The support on their site just directs me to another 800 number. Then I reach Internet Billing Service which clearly seems to me like an outsourced customer support. Anyway after I get some woman on the phone that sounded like English was kind of an alien language I tried to explain to her that I just want to know if the domain wnu.com is the secure domain of paycom. She had no clue and tried to sell me some premium service. After I asked her 3 more times she put me on hold for 3 minutes and finally gave me an answer yes. No clue if she just wanted to get rid of me or if she really knew. I double checked the domain registrar and it was Epoch. Well I know that Pacom is Epoch but does a normal user? So I signed up using a German Credit Card and guess what... Germany is blocked from processing but I was offered an epassport credit card instead? WTF Paycom blocks credit cards from the second largest adult market in the world? Damn I am glad I am using CCBill as my processor.
