well, to answer your question, the only thing i know about green tea is that it helps people loose weight. (i just read that in an online article yesterday)

Check out White Tea. It is similar in effectiveness to greentea but due to it being harvested earlier in the season it contains alot of more of the vitamins/antioxidants so it is suppose to be more effective/better then Green tea....
I have been thinking of starting up a Tea ecom site... seems to be alot of people out there researchign tea... |

I hate Green Tea. Everytime I drink it I barf. I must be allergic to something in it.... or it doesn't mix well with all the Red Bull I drink. lol

Green Tea ROCKS!
Shop around and try out different brands to your taste. You CANNOT go wrong with Green Tea. One of the best things I've ever got hold of. Green Tea ice cream RULES. I had it at Sapporo's in NY City 20 years ago and noticed the difference immediately. I knew I had gotten onto something right off the bat. A cup a day is aiight! Search on the web for real data on it. You'll be surprised. |

You are going very very Metro now a days. But, in the spirit of being helpful, there's several tea restaurants in manhattan. There's one specific green tea place on 5th avenue I think. The real green tea tastes nothing like anything you can get out of a teabag. Make the pilgrimage and see what I mean.

I think that Black Tea is supposed to be good too.. It has a lot of antioxidants in it like green tea. You should drink 3 cups of green tea a day. It will help boost your energy.
