Vancouver is Pho heaven man! You cant drive down more then 3 streets without seeing a pho shop :)

I always get double meat, half noodles cuz I am trying to lose weight still.

My fave is a toss up between the spicey lai fen soup or the tendon and brisket pho.

I also love the bun (dry rice dishes). The viet pate and sausage are cool.

And I live right next door to little korea here. I eat korean bbq about once a week... there is this spicey beef and veggie soup I REALLY love as well.

Food is my weakness. Like kryptonite man.

if you are in the los angeles area, its all about Pho So 1 in the valley on victory and sepulveda right by the ranch 99. that place is the best. you will usually find me there on tuesdays nowadays.

I love it so much, I want to open a PHO Restaurant chain. Hopefully it'll be this year with a few partners. Two of my close friends own their own restaurants and business is booming... even packed for breakfast. LOL. In fact, last year I bought the domains:
