Dunno if any of you remember VegasLee but I believe he used to shoot Mardi Gras for their content site.

From what I understand there were lawsuits that determined no documentation was needed for PUBLIC nudity photos.

From what I understand if its in a public place then you don't need any documentation and it doesn't matter if they turn out to be underage for the most part. How do you think Frank and GGW got out of trouble alot of times. I remember once they had filmed a underage girl on the streets I believe or in her car and later the father tried to sue but lost because it was in public.

Isn't there some picture-right? In the Netherlands there is as far as I know which says no-one is allowed to take pictures of you without your permission. But I don't know how that's handled international or in the US.

As a veteran photojournalist... public means what you can see at eye level from any point on public land. if you have to shoot into someone's window or doorway or over a fence it get's sketchy. Upskirts are definitely illegal and if they are shot on government property I believe it is now a federal crime. And all of this doesn't stop you from being sued. There are a number of suits from idiots out in public parks with some girl they're cheating on their wife with. There was even a lawsuit brough on by a guy that was busted while supposedly getting workmans comp for an injury.

I filmed a couple of porn movies in N.O. during Mardi Gras before. I brought a few girls with me for the sex scenes back at the hotel, but I also shot a lot of public flashing with the 'civilian' girls in the street. It was quite an experience. You have to be careful though about what you film. And you will get a lot of different opinions about what you can expect to get away with depending on what attorney you talk to and how risk averse you want to be.

i was also the person who helped launch the FIRST live cam in new orleans.

including the BOURBOCAM. we had to investigate LOTS of laws regarding female flashing, and having a live cam.

Speaking as one who shoots for dream girls sometimes, and has shot since 91 in clubs and bars, I'd say Fletch was erring on the side of caution, which is good. However his comment about ringers was totally off base. I've never used/shot a ringer once. If your doing the standard beads for a flash trick, your fine as long as your out on the street. GGW got in trouble for drugs and underage girls, and being stupid enough to tell girls to say they were over 18, and taping it. That was stupid.

isnt ther also a law that you cant use it for an advertisement? i think i remember ggw losing a lawsuit because they used a girl on a commercial without her permission.

I am almost sure that filming flashing in public IS ok. Filming topless minors (if one happened to be in there) is ok too if they are not engaged in anything sexual or lascivious. The flashing of a breast of a minor, and I am almost positive of this, is not a crime if filmed and published as long as it's done with no reference, or intimation of sexual behavior, and not done deliberately to elicit sexual arousal. It does, however, raise some moral issues.

If so, then the girls are breaking the law...therefore, I don't think they can do anything. I don't think you can sue someone if what you are doing is against the law.
