What would you pay for ...

Ok I have found in this business we all excel at things. One person excels at one thing, someone else does another thing.

For example I am good with servers, scripts, and technical stuff like that.

My wife and some of the people that work for me can do designs and stuff.

But when it comes to putting things together and making the whole package work not to many people can do that.

For the last few weeks I have been asked so many times to install tgp software and trade scripts. Thats all well and good I can do that. Then the customer goes out buys a design and can't figure out how to put it all together.

One of my employees and my wife was telling me this week we should make a side business of putting everything together for people. I mean if you can't afford the scripts there are free scripts that can be used to get started. Granted it doesn't have all the features of a full paid script but I get sales from a few domains I have put free scipts on.

Anyways heres my plan. I own a domain instanttgp.com I have a designer that can put together quick low down and dirty designs that work. What would people pay to install the tgp script, trade script, and the design to get the tgp functioning.

I also have enough galleries to start a tgp without using free hosted galleries.

    Thoughts ?

By the way the price we are throwing around is $100.00 per setup plus the cost of scripts, design, data entry. We will start you off with 25 thumb galleries and 100 other galleries. (all our own of course>snicker<

tgp script and trade scripts arent hard to install. you might get someone that will try and rip you off and charge you out the ass.

but for something quick like that only 50-75$ to install it all probably.

That is actually a good idea, trouble is many of the script owners want access to the ftp to install it...no way around it..sure free scripts would be a good way to start

I know they aren't hard to install.

Getting them to work with your design is usualy the problem.

Thats where I'm saying our service would be.

No way around it we would have to have ftp and ssh access to install everything and get it working ... unless you want us to hack your account.

That would be like buying a car and not being given the keys.

I mean any decent script requires the owner to install it and not a third party

Yes and not every webmaster has the skills to do it.

Like I said some webmasters are good at traffic, some good with design, some good with scripts. But alot cannot do all ...

Also if you pay say ... jmbsoft to install autogallery ... thats all they will do ... they won't make everything work together afterwards.
