ok i think im giving up i need someone to build thist site/script for me

i have blogs on blogger.com and instead of trading links with each individual blog im trying to build a hub-blog. I want this hub to look like a blog basically but I want the content to auto update with latest posts from the other blogs (like i set a time and each day the script automatically updates the page with the latest entries of the blogs i specify) a feature to add in my own posts would be nice too but not neccesary. if anyone can understand what im trying to do and/or thinks they can code it please contact me. if you an do a little bit of a design as well that is great also but not necesary.
