Yo Techie Geeks and Gurus need some advice.
K
My main PC has 160 Gig Seagate as Primary and the stock Dell whatever they put in 60 giger. I am getting a 200 gig seagate tommorow, yes i know it got delayed. K based on this what do you recommend and such? I also have a ADS Enclosure also that lets me hot swap drives. Should i Leave it as is or........? |

i'd probably keep the two bigger ones in there, making the new one primary and making sure their on differant ide channels, then i'd slap the 60gb in your usb enclosure (fuck, why not, removable backup if nothing else).

Why did you get Seagate? Western Dig is way better!
and they come with thier own 133 Card now, that lets you put two additional HDs. Is it a P4?

What do you intend on using the drive for? If its just your storage drive, it may be a good choice to get an external unit (the one I have is available for like 30 bucks on New egg and Ive never had a problem with it - NexStar2) but if its gonna be a development or work drive, it would be better to keep it in the case - just dont put the OS and program files on a drive that you will be saving things that you will be saving stuff to constantly (ie - the c drive), that will slow your shit way down. Please tell me if Im not making any sence - lol peace Dz |

just runn all three, one on primary the other on secondary and the hdd you use the least put it as secondary with the cd drive.
