    what's the cut off time to call someone?

    I've called other webmasters at 2 or 3 am and they're wide awake and we chat for a while. But what's the cut off time for non adult industry people?

                  depends on the person.. get to know them first.

                  I have people calling me at 3am and while it annoys the crap out of me, it's also one of the things that goes with running your own shit ;)

                              weekends I'd definatly say 9pm
