Just like most of the top TGPs, they don't fuck the surfer around. They deliver what they say they offer and surfers come back.

hmmm oki, i surely can admit that its an important factor taking care of the surfer, but didnt that site grow like mad sooo fast!!??

But there has to be other important factors in the equation

Like someone already pointed out, it has been around for awhile. I think if a site sends good traffic then more webmasters will start submitting, and with that they will get enough good people submitting who know what they're doing to have a site that offers quality content.

But I think the number 1 reason is that they don't piss the surfer off.
