Icq is really very bad in these days...
I am having lots of problems with icq in these days. Now i can't connect...

It's just your connection or icq server you are connecting to. Mine has been fine, up 24/7. I can't recall the last time it has been down...

port 5190 it's probably just your isp's routers...you should give them a call and tell them you can't connect to some places. |
