Here's a pretty thorough list with the majority of sites I'd recommend.
AdultActionCash (AdultActionCam) Not exactly a "video chat" site, more like a hybrid dating/chat ... but great conversions ClickCash (iFriends) ... send traffic to IncredibleCams as everyone and their sister knows about iFriends DTI Cash (DXLive) For Asian traffic Epic Cash Use the iFrame/JS plug-in to show online ladies LiveJasmin 30% revshare and they convert very well NastyDollars (CamCrush) Just started but 50% revshare ... very good site MoneyTree (Streamate) $25 PPS and they take dialer traffic PayServe (Seventeen Live) Vote's not in yet on this one, but they take dialers too PrivateCamZ Visitors/signups ratio is excellent, just recently started pushing them PrivateFeeds Very cute ladies here and FHG which help PussyCash (IMLive) $32 - $100 PPS and they convert, LOTS of promo tools Real Big Cash (CamGuest) Just started but another site with an iFrame/JS tool that converts StreamRay (CamGirlsLive) Already mentioned here, but $70 PPS this month, chose the revshare long-term WEGCash (VIPStream) My best converting site, $25 PPS and converts about 1/50 visitors...
