Yes. I said I would try to get back earlier but it was like pulling teeth to get info from Ibill that we needed to see what was owed to affiliates.

Tell her that you promoted Nebraskacoeds when they were using Ibill and we will check the list.

Rules.
1st. You must be a triplexcash affiliate. Why! Well we need to know who we are paying.

2nd. There is no second rule.

I hope this makes some happy because betting your cards on ibill is a slim bet.

We do not know the past and are not interested. We took over the site on the First of this month and from then on it was a Triplexcash site.

But in the interest of all previous webmasters we are paying off past dept.

Yes, the previous site owner (Jim) arranged for I-Bill to send him the payments and he was going to pay affilaites himself back in March/2004 but checks never came.

On 08/26/04 I-Bill switched him back to them paying out affiliates since he wasnt but we all know the situation with I-Bill now so checks didnt come from them either.

"Jim" also forgot to mention to Triple X about the previous monies owed to affiliates that he didnt pay out before I-Bill switched him back and only sent a list of what I-Bill is now holding so they have no record of what he hasnt payed in the past.

a company is only as good as those they do business with. any credibility Triple X had is now gone after dealing with james vanderslice.
either they overlooked his shady dealings, or did not delve into the situation enough before giving him enough money to support his crack habit for another few days, either of which is unacceptable.

My "guess" is that they tried to help Jim out and he shit on them too by not telling about his past debts to affiliates and made it sound like a cash flow problem due to I-Bill's current situation.

If anyone that reads this post continues to do business with him in any way beware and dont say you were not warned.

Exactly how it is. Appreciate what triplexcash is doing, but i think they should put pressure on him to pay back the affiliate money he kept in his pocket.

We are doing this more for the affiliates. I like the site and a lot of the affiliates that were using Nebraskacoeds are affiliates of ours. So I hate seeing our guys get screwed also

Why would there be a problem for trying to straighten things out.

As far as JIm is concerned I do not know if there are personal problems. I only met him twice before and he sent traffic to collegefuckfest.

So this is straight business and we are trying to save a good converting website and pay webmasters back for other peoples mistakes that were made in the past.

Normally I would agree with you, but after speaking with Paolo, he truly is a class act, and sounded sincere with making things right for affiliates. I am just glad I am finally getting paid. And trust me when I say I could be the biggest Vanderslice hater out there.

vanderslice sent out an email saying he is still in charge of content and a bunch of other shit. lets pretend everyone gets what they are owed, even though XXX clearly has no concept of what he owes people... even still, his problems are not close to over based on his "personal problems" which are very much a part of how he does business! who takes the hit? vanderslice? XXX cash? both? or is it ultimately the affiliates who are being tricked into dealing with vanderslice again. XXX cash could have been the definition of trustworthy before, but you lie down with the dogs, you wake up with the fleas. in these streets you are only as good as your last transaction...xxx is as good as that dirtbag

TripleX told me the amount that was going out for me. Its significant enough where Im just finally glad Im getting something. as far as what Im owed completely - its off, and Im owed more, but like I said - im just happy i am getting something. Aside from my NECOEDS sales, I was never paid for thousands sent to melissa, but for some reason I feel bad complaining to Paolo about it

I'll just make one last comment.

Paulo is paying for Vanderslice's mistake - literally. This money he is paying out, is coming straight out of his own pocket. I'm about to get money I never thought I would get. And the IBILL money he is making good on, I don't think is ever coming to anyone. After learning this, I still think Vanderslice is a dick, but from what I understand, he isn't in the best shape either right now.

I wish Paulo the best of luck with his new site. Back in the day, the site was kickass, none of us can deny that. He is taking on an incredible risk by paying out everyone up front. Hopefully he can restore it to what it once was. Vanderslice -- eh - lesson learned. Hopefully he learned some things as well.

Difference is Dr Dre.... I worked my ass off and paid all my debt back. No one paid what I owed... not one dime of it. I could not live with anyone bailing me out, my fault or not. It wasnt perfect, but I take a great deal of pride in busting my ass to make things right. Im here today and growing like mad because I took responsiblitly for what happened, doing what I needed to do to make sure everyone got paid... by me.

FYI Registered User Join Date: Nov 2004 Posts: 13	where the hell does vanderslice stand in the new situation! i for one want no possible affiliation with the scumbag and i know lots of others feel the same and its about more than just money that is owed. not in the best shape? thats no accident, its a result of a long string of choices vanderslice made where he didnt give a crap if he screwed other people, or TRIED to hurt people. is he out of the game or what? is xxx taking responsibility for his content now because i hear that too is questionable for lots of reasons including lack of model releases, threats made to models, stolen content, etc. is the damn site ever going to be updated again? i think i fucking see cobwebs on it for christs sake

WHO HERE knows how he plans on making his money now. is he essentially a bum on the street or is he in close contact with triple x over how things are run. triple x needs to explain this better because people not being paid are the least of their problems from what ive heard about vanderslice-- good luck promoting that site and all your others if it comes out that he threatens models, there is unauthorized/stolen content etc etc etc FYI a girl i know ran into a girl that is on his site right now, guess she was scared to death because apparently jim od'd on coke from the sounds of it and beat the crap out of her, threatened to lock her in his closet and shit and "make her disappear" did XXX sign off to take the blame for this sort of shit if and when it surfaces?
