:: Paycom Alive & Well in Sunny California

For the past couple of hours, no one has been able to contact Paycom by phone or email. Due to a fire in the area, local businesses have been without electricity for the past couple of hours. Paycom has a Generac 2000 power generator which insures that all processing servers continue uninterrupted in case of power failure. However, personal workstations and our phone systems are a secondary priority.

Our call center is online and taking customer service calls and at this time local power has also been restored.

Processing of online transactions were not affected.

It's very seldom our mega-generator is called into action, but it's nice to know it's there when needed.

Rand - there are some threads over the past days about people with ePassporte problems/questions/whatever needing support from you guys. Might want to look into that.

      Rui, I will do that.

Feel free to send me a link anytime there is something I might miss. I don't spend all of my time on GFY. -- And I've been out of the office the first two weeks of the year.

Board Tracker doesn't work with GFY either.

My email address is rand @ Paycom. net
