    Installed DIVX and still can not view *.wmv files

    Anyone can help with this problem?

      Windows Media Player plays them all.

      If not try opening them in "Mplayer"

                Yeah, divx and xvid and all those funky codec requirements are usually avi files, not wmv.

                All that's needed to play wmv files is windows media player. So long as you have version 9... I'd think you should be able to play it. Unless there's someting fubar'd in your system.

                    What the heck do you do if you don't know the difference between a divx and wmv file? PPC promotion?
