k going to a posh thai restaurant tomorrow, had thai long ago, help me out what doesnt make me burn my throat and is ok to eat ? im used to spicy stuff... thanks

We are in The Netherlands, none of the thai restaurants will make spicy food. Even when you go to Thailand you wont get spicy food, you dont even have to ask they already know.
