LICENSEE REQUIREMENTS:

B. Prospective licensee must be an established business for a minimum of 3 years.

C. Licensee must have access or ability to acquire unique gay content.


LICENSING TERMS:

1. GayDorm.com domain name will be licensed exclusively for 4 years.

2. Licensee will compensate licensor with a royalty of 10% of the gross sales of the GayDorm.com website, gross sales being defined as revenue minus chargebacks. Think of the domain owner Licensor as a "super affiliate."

3. GayDorm.com will be promoted along with Licensee's other gay websites.

4. GayDorm.com website will go live within 90 days of an agreement.

For that niche which has been proven, I think the name is one of hte best available to setup a gay network, ala voyeur dorm. This would definitely be a fun endevour from a marketing standpoint.
