X-Girlfriend trying to ruin my life...

I want to let everyone know that if you get any rude emails or instant messages, that they are not from me... I used my exgirlfriends computer when we were together and now she is trying to ruin my life... it's a long story and I wish I would have kept notes... but I was entrapped into getting her pregnant thinking that it wasn't possible... now I realize that her mother, husband and her had this planned all along... I'll be talking with a lawyer tomorrow before sending my response to the Civil Summons... I have reason to believe that the twins aren't mine... and I pray that they aren't... if they are... well, I have no problem taking care of them... as long as she never gets to touch the money...

Can anyone help me with anything else I need to do? I've only talked to friends so far... and they recommend that I send a response requesting a DNA test and get that done before anything else...

I didn't know she was married until a few weeks into our relationship... she told me that they haven't been together for over a year... it was all untrue...

If they ARE your kids and she's living with a convicted child molester I'm sure you'll be able to get split custody and even full custody if you wanted it. And in that situation if my finances allowed it, I would want full custody... actually I would want full custody regardless. Poor kids...

she mentioned something about some classes he was suppose to take to be able to be around children... i'm not sure if he took them... but i know he was around their daughter whenever his sister or mother was babysitting... and i noticed a couple things their daughter started to do that made me thing something might have happened...

she was a terrible mother... she would get off work from the bar and go to the bottleclub... staying out all night... in the mornings when her daughter would wake up she would take her out of the crib and go back to sleep... until time to work again... i couldn't stand it... i would get up and make her breakfast and keep and eye on her... they're just so many other things... i never told anyone... and all along she was telling people bad things about me and making me the bad guy... i wish i would have told on her... but i'm not like that... but now i'm being pushed...

That sucks man. If those were indeed my kids though I would get my lawyer to get down and dirty and try to get custody. Your ex sounds like pure garbage. I'm sure she and her pimp & mom have skeletons... Start looking.

GFED - insist on an amniocentisis & DNA testing from there. If she's pregnant with your children, I'd ask the lawyer to file for full custoday. If this woman is married with anyone requiring 'lessons' or 'classes' to be with children, I sure as hell would not want any child near him - SPECIALLY my own. This is obviously if you want them - but at this point, if they are yours take responsibility and don't let them near her 'husband'. You don't want these kids coming back to you 20 years from now asking why you knowingly didn't do anything to protect them.

Good luck to you - don't despair. If you can, don't engage in conversation - do everything through a lawyer.

......anyone mistake kindness for stupidity. Immediately have a GOOD attorney order a DNA test, and hire a P.I. to get all the dirt on that family that you can. Then when the results come back, handle it as needed. I absolutely loathe women that use children to get what they want, that is deception in the worst way. Whoa... that's crazy. Get a restraining order on her, both for verbal and physical contact. It will only be temporary but could save you a lot of problems. Make sure you have an attorney and have them get a court ordered DNA test. And if those twins are yours, get custody. She's married to a child molestor? What the hell!

the advice i was gonna give you has already been said several times in this thread.
-DNA tests
-restraining order
-P.I. to track both her & her husband (see what dirt you can dig up)
-if they twins are yours, fight for FULL custody.
-if they're not yours, do something so that her husband will NEVER be around them!
-contact everyone you can (on icq, email, etc) and give them a heads up about the crazy bitch.

Dude, you just may get lucky...

Some states (like Texas) have a law that if a woman has children while she is married, the state automaticly assumes the children are the husband's. I know this because a friend of mine was seperated from his wife, his wife got pregnant from someone else, had the kid, and after that they got a divorce, and HE got stuck with the child support of a kid that wasnt his, and was proven not to be his. It cost him a shitload of money and 2 years to get out of that, but he had the money to spend. Doesnt sound like these clowns have the money to spend. Ask your attorney tomorrow about this.
