Never had to do it so I don't know.

I need this answer A S A P

If I send out a Cashier Check to someone, can they walk into a bank of the same chain but different branch (say Bank of America) and CASH IT on the spot WITHOUT having a bank account there?

(EDIT) in the US of course, both sides

Yeah so far I've heard 5 Yes's from people and I think my brother did it himself a while ago. Oh well
