US operators wont touch adult with a 10 foot pole. So no SMS billing for porn anytime soon.
You can still deliver to the phone via SMS, just no billing. (If you want help with mobile delivery and management hit me up.)

I'm still looking for more information. All I can find is the verisign system, but there isn't enough information offered on thier website - They have a Jamster commercial on tv everyday where I live. Pretty cool how the can do recurring payments through the cellphone like that.
