:mad Searched Google Already - How do I get rid of Bid Clix popups?

Yup - already searched Google and yes, somehow I have this damn BidClix popup every once in awhile when I open a window - shows up even on my husband's sites so it's got to be something in my system yet I can't find what it is nor how to remove it!!! Anyone know how?
