Just got this right now.. I don't know wether or not to trust a domain registrar that puts smileys in their corporate emails.

CNOBIN is an asian registrar which has been around in the discount arena for a little while. Although I don't recall hearing anything ill in regards to BizCN/CNOBIN I choose to keep my domains with Enom, Moniker and NSI primarily.

yeah $3 is a nice price.

-but it's not $3-

for the 10th time. read the fine print. it's $3 for existing webhosting customers ($35 minimum introduction fee)

anytime i see domain name offers for this cheap i look for the "must be part of a package" and related. the only thing i've seen lately with no strings attached was yahoo's $4.98 domain names (for a limited time) - as far as i can tell they have no fine print.
