A bunch of morons in this thread.
NO2 constricts your veins and such...increasing blood flow and oxygen. Your supposed to have a workout pump at all times. Which increases the effectiveness of your workout and makes you look lean and shredded. The only downside to it is that its all Argenine. If your prone to cold sores or acne then Argenine is a bad idea. Also you have to take a shit load of those horse pills everyday and it won't be for a good two weeks before you notice a difference. Good luck.

hmmmm, n02 is a gas.... i didn't know you could get it in pill form. I know at raves people used to bring in balloons full of n02, but it's dangerous that way because of oxygen deprivation.
