IMPORTANT! has anyone got this attorney letter about "neon nights" by command cinema

hi we received this letter from an atty in new york about something on our payperview site, has anyone else received this/know anything about it? we just have an affiliate site. odd they found us and that film, it's not even on the site, i searched for it. typos below are because i used an OCR program to scan in the letter.

Re: Command Cinema Corp. Dear Sir/Madam:
I act for Command Cinema Corp. ("Command Cinema") the copyright owner of the film entitled Neon Nights (the "film"). It has come to my client's attention that you have either copied, distributed,, licensed for viewing, and/or offered for sale on DVD's, pay per minute and/or VOD the film, Prom Queen, The Lysa Thatcher Colleciion, produced by Alpha Blue Archives (the "infringing film"). The infringing film contains unauthorized segments of Neon Nights and infringes Command Cinema's copyrights.
Command Cinema demands that you immediately: -
1. Cease and desist from the unauthorized copying, distribution, licensing,
sale, pay per view, and VOD sales of the infringing film.
2. Remove all references or mention of the film and the infringing film on
your web site, sales and marketing materials
3. Collect and turnover to my office the remaining inventory and any other
material you have relating to the infringing film.
4. Provide information and documentation as to other parties involved in the
marketing, manufacture, distribution and sale of the infringing Film.
5, Provide copies of sales records evidencing full details of the number and
income of the units sold and including the revenue derived from pay per
minute and VOD.
6. Account for all monies paid and pay to my client all monies due on the
income of the infringing film.
You may unknowingly have been victimized in this matter, but your actions stilt infringe Command Cinema's copyrights. If you fail to comply with the above demands, Command Cinema will immediately take further action to protect its rights, including, if necessary, the filing of a lawsuit Please note that you may face substantial civil liability including a judgment for damages and attorney's fees. My client will vigorously pursue ail possible legal and equitable remedies to protect its valuable propeny rights in the film.
Notwithstanding the above, my client would like to resolve the matter and your cooperation in providing the information requested would be well appreciated. Please contact my office as soon as you receive this letter. If I do not hear from you within ten (10) days of the date of this letter I will assume that you do not intend to resolve the matter nmicnbly and will proceed in my client's best interest.
Nothing contained herein or omitted hercfrom shall be deemed to bind or prejudice any of the rights and remedies of Command Cinema ail of which are expressly reserved.
