someone should start a exchange service between epassporte and paypal, I see people everyday offering everywhere from $3 to $100 in commision for a transfer.....

The problem is if you deal with 1 or 2 bad individuals (using stolen or otherwise bad accounts) you lose your accounts.

yea, its a pretty good idea but like you say its probably gonna be trouble when you start doing many transactions aday, many of them comming from adult emails and stuff like that

i think he meant the exchange service is not werth the risk

the only way the would werk would be if it was reference checked or you vouched for ppl or soemthing like that where others stood to be loose if they referred crims - i dont know I havent thought about it because all I know is that every bastard and his mate would be trying to exchange their stolen monies thru any such a service and it would never work
