and what new methods anyone has tried with any measure of success or failure
( and a brief description of why it failed or succeeded in your opinion)

who were the traffic lords of yesteryear, and who is the leading candidates in modern day?

I found the best traffic that has worked for me is traffic that is others arn't going after. The think outside the box traffic. Of course there is the modern ways of getting traffic that everyone know's and shares but the traffic that has made me the most money is when I think outside the box to pull from a differn't source then the norm.
