canadian child support??

i have a friend who wonders around the world and i can never really track him, he is completely out of his mind so please excuse the twisted email, may be a bit hard to read ....

maybe i shall say the following 1st . if a person goes
to court and sees the judge.or if there is a case up
for appeal any of the judges of any of the cases, all
the judge is allowed to do is ( follow ) and read the
law. sometimes the u.s. supream does not follow a law,
they throw it out calling the law non-constitutional .
at the same time any judge at whatever court ( is-not
) allowed to ( write ) a law .in canada or to say the
canadian supream court this changed a few years back.
a law was written by the canadian supream court and
the law reads as follows . relationships, part of the
law is written as follows, a woman with a child from a
former marriage meets a new man, after a month or so
they become intamite. after 3 total months of dating
has passed the newest man decides to end the
relationship . there is no child from the dating. and
here is the new law. even though there was ( no ) new
children from the dating the newest man is
responceable , as a matter of law ,to provide living
standards like they were while he was there. this also
means that if the newest man is able to provide more
than the original the newest must as a matter of law
pay the funds ( forever ). this is extra unreal. even
the attornies for the provinces said that this puts a
maximun strain on the woman ahead time, meaning if a
single man sees a single woman with a child he will
automatically for the totally single. the court
reasoned the following.canada will no longer have poor
single woman raising children

Whoa, he sounds like he needs a friend right now.

I think he's saying that he is being charged for child support even though he's not the father, and that he has no recourse. OK. Beyond that I can't make sense, but I think that's what he's saying and complaining about. Maybe he's saying he is short of money for this reason?

Whatever the case, I hope he's alright and that you can get in touch with him.

but is that true?? in CA after 3mo you owe the wife some sort of support so she can live as she did when you were together??

and he mentioned that it lasts forever! Does that mean i woman can switch men every 4 months, and make a career out of it?
