S series? i used to have an RG470 in copper, sold it a while back in favor of my Stratocaster. the strings just weren't solid enough because of the floyd rose floating trem.

thanks. i love the strats. now i gotta get a new amp.
i WANT one of those. but not the new kind. the tsl or whatever. i want to get an old JCM 900 on the 4x12 1960A cab, maybe put some celestion greenback's in there too.
unfortunately the JCM's aren't made anymore. so i gotta try to luck out and get a used one.

really some of the best sounding/playing and most durable guitars ever made.
the fat strats are real nice, but i think i'll be replacing my seymour duncan in the bridge position with a dimarzio super distortion in the very near future.
sweet! we should jam sometime. I sure love playing on a strat but I've recently (2 years ago) became addicted to 12 strings so I'm getting rusty on the ol' axe.. sure feels easier to play after playing accoustic for so long!
Do any of you guys play in a band or have ever performed in front of an audience?
absolutely. most of my mid teen years were spent playing in various bands around my town. great times. i'm looking for a good drummer so i can start another band up. it's really a rush like nothing else, being onstage.

ahh, i play drums (for about 4 years)... once i'm financially able, i really want to setup my own full studio and rock out.

good drummers really seem to be at a premium in city (pittsburgh).
and i definately feel ya on the studio. that's always been a dream of mine. have a huge house and donate the basement solely to a huge ass studio. ahhhhh. being able to record anything i want whenever i want.
