For me..

Waffles
Apple w/ Peanut Butter
Banana
Orange Juice
PB&J.
and usually either a chicken breast or 2 chicken strips.

V8 juice, a handfull of almonds two or three times a day with two full glasses of water, lots of filtered water. I try to eat a peanut butter sandwich on "crunchy oat bread" and a can of tuna fish every day, but it doesn't always work out
