But I don't promote anything illegal, just some big sites / sponsors (like hustler.com etc.) does not send checks to many countries. Thats why I rent a mailbox.

Canada is nearby of USA, and all sponsors / sites sending checks to Canada.

if you are legit big sponsers will break their own rules and trust you enough to send you checks... You just need to talk to them and provide them assurances that they won't get fucked over.

and I'm used the sponsors who does not pay to my country. My customers knows me, I'm not a cheater nor bad guy. But rules is rules, while I don't live in canada, I can't request my money from them. Also Rod has overtaken the money too I think (=~ 6000$ total)

Rules are just something made up to make someone else's life easier. They can be broken. If one company - after talking to them - wants to act like an idiot and not send you checks, find another. Their are endless sponsers out there. Why not talk to Lensman or wizzo and ask them... they might do it or at least give you a lead to someone who would......

You can't get new check from sponsor, if your checks cash'ed

you may have to wait a little longer to get paid so the company knows the business is legit - but legit business will get checks issued from most sponsers if you give them enough assurances that your a reputable guy.

tell the sponser you never got the check - if it wasn't made out to Rod then he commited a crime if he cashed it and the banks will investigate.

Regarding the sponsors that do not pay to a specific country...

If you can prove yourself to be an honest webmaster currently in 'good standing' with two or more reputable sponsors, many programs will be willing to bend their rules for you:
