Cheers flashfire - what do folks think of the thumbs, I think they look butt-ugly but maybe thats 'cos I looked at them too damn long.

too many images, take a set out and put text links... loads good, colors nice, logo sux
 and bad font.. difficult to read

It looks like 10 million other sites out there that all look the same, also the logo and font isnt great.
But with regards to the thumbs being but ugly I dont think they are. I think the thumbs are the best feature and look great
