We moved all of our servers out of Jupiter because in our opinion, the prices were too high and the support wasn't too good. I hope you like contracts, too because we had to pay $$$ to get our servers back.

It was $40 (I believe to remember this number) but it was without support

Are you already a customer of them? Look into your contract/TOS of Jupiter.
But I don't think they will shut you down (or your servers ;-)
